In pursuit of ora

Ora means to be alive and to be well. We all want to feel a state of ora for ourselves and for those around us. It’s something that we strive for. But ora can be elusive.

In 2020, a difficult year for many of us, Anahera McGregor reflected on her hauora and wrote this blog ‘In pursuit of ora’. Anahera’s approach to pursuing ora still resonates today.
