Virtual sessions will be on our online conference platform, AcademicExperts.org. Select online sessions will be given a Zoom link for their live presentation time slot, while asynchronous sessions will be pre-recorded and available throughout the week. Update your profile! Before the conference, sign into AcademicExperts to ensure your profile is current and correct and upload your picture! Authors and attendees often connect through the platform and updating your info makes it easier to get and stay connected! Make sure your files are ready. Be sure you’ve submitted and confirmed your final paper and PPT files before April 1. F2F presenters can load your PPT in the conference session room or present from your own device. (Macs will need a dongle connector.) If you are presenting as a live online virtual, you will be able to share your screen via Zoom to show your PPT during the session, but we recommend uploading all PPTs in advance as well.
