EDTECH537 – Blogging Plan

As I mentioned in the Week 7 entry for my EDTECH537 – Blogging In The Classroom course yesterday, today I wanted to post a sample of a blogging plan.

In my fairly standard fashion, I wanted to include a couple of screen shots from Google Calendar that outlined my general blogging plans for the next two months.

As you can see, while I tend to post some 4-8 entries per day of things that cross my electronic desk, much of that content is either predictable daily (e.g., the two corporate reports that start each day which I have excluded from this list or the regular weekly events that I have included) or completely unpredictable (e.g., when I’ll get noticed from any of my open scholar networks or some new article or report will be published in the field).

You will note that I have seized upon some conference opportunities – most of which I will attend from a distance – but all of which I’m sure to post one or more entries about.

  1. Thanks for sharing this. I posted a post on my blog. I’m not sure if I need more information on mine. It’s pretty straight forward.

  3. This is an easy way to plan out our blogging! Thanks for sharing it! Even though I turned my plan in I think I’m going to create my plan on my Google calendar with reminders!

    • It was how they recommended that we do it when I first did that 30 Days to a Better Blog – many, many years ago. The guy running it had a K-12 background, so he encouraged us to use Google apps in our blogging and the support things he had use do.
