[CNIE-L] OER Knowledge Cloud reaches 500 articles/reports

And another item from Tuesday’s inbox…

The OER Knowledge Cloud http://oerknowledgecloud

an initiative of  the UNESCO and UNESCO/COL Chairs in OER has just received its 500th paper. It is from the Regional Symposium on OER: An Asian Perspective on Policy and Practices.
Here is the 500th paper reference:
