ONLINE COURSES

Mindfulness

This year, we are starting a new initiative with our online students called: Mindfulness. The goal is to incorporate moments of mindfulness into regular online courses, in order to make the practice a habit that they can use anytime. Through prompts related to breathing, meditation, movement and reflection, we offer students the opportunity to reflect on what makes them happy, what makes them special, what makes them tick, less stressed, less worried and more focused.
