Dear Colleague: Congratulations on being selected to present at the 2019 AERA Annual Meeting! We are encouraging all presenters to work with their institution’s communications office to help publicize their research and participation at the Annual Meeting. Posted on the AERA website is an Annual Meeting fact sheet that you can use to draft and share news about your involvement in the meeting. Also posted on the AERA website are printable Annual Meeting presenter signs to share on social media. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your research and share your #AERA19 enthusiasm with your social media network before the Annual Meeting. Below are different sign options to be used in these social media posts. Option #1 – I’m Presenting at #AERA19. See you in Toronto! Option #2 – I’m Presenting at #AERA19. Will I see you there? Option #3 – I’m Presenting at #AERA19. Register today! In addition, if you have not registered for the Annual Meeting yet, please do so now. The Annual Meeting registration fee is less expensive when you become an AERA member. Be sure to obtain your AERA 2019 membership before registering for the Annual Meeting, so that you obtain the discounted registration fee. Many are registering now to obtain their choice of hotel room.
