LEARN Newsletter – May 2017

Another newsletter from yesterday’s inbox.

MAY 2017

LEARN RE-IGNITED

Teach, Learn, Help
communication get through

The two words information and communication are often used interchangeably, but they signify quite different things. Information is giving out; communication is getting through” (Harris). LEARN is entering times as demand for our many resources and services grows at an incredible pace, and it is important that we communicate clearly and effectively to the members of our community what we have and what we can do for students, teachers, parents and our community at large. To do so, we have re-worked our website, re-ignited our monthly newsletter, and added a communication specialist to our team. We will be making a much greater effort to spread the news that LEARN, at no charge to the English community, supports student success and contributes to community vitality. It is who we are. We are here for those who want to learn, who want to teach, and who want to help our community across the province. Stayed tuned.

“You will be hearing a lot more from us and about us!“

CEO, LEARN
