Leaders’ Summit – A Hands-On Leadership Symposium

One for my Kiwi readers…

Effective leadership in schools, kura, and services is imperative for achieving successful outcomes for tamariki. Do you want to find out how?
Empowering you to support early learning

CORE Leaders’ Summit

Kia ora Michael,

Have you ever looked at great leaders and wondered how they got there? Would you like to find out how you, too can develop those skills?

The CORE Leaders’ Summit is a hands-on one-day event where you can hear from, and collaborate with, thought leaders in the education sector. The day explores frameworks and models that will support you in your work, and allows time for networking with like-minded educators.

Start your leadership journey and gain knowledge in three focus areas:

  • building a vision that honours bicultural integrity
  • leading people through complex change
  • mentoring and coaching others and building capability within your learning environment

Keynote Speakers — Thought Leaders

Thought Leaders Dr Wendy Kofoed (Auckland) and Brian Price (Christchurch) open the day by doing a deep dive, sharing thought leadership in practice and how this supports leaders at every level.

This thought leadership opening session will explore how:

  • leadership can ignite change for improvement over time
  • you can build a strong vision that honours bicultural identity
  • you can lead complex change
  • mentoring and coaching models can effectively build leadership capability
