The Team

Our Leading Lights initiative is a digital transformation program that will empower our schools, students, parents and staff to reimagine the way we teach, learn and serve in order to deliver a world-class learning experience.

The Role

This is a full time role to support a very exciting project. Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing the development and operation of system-wide virtual school programs.
  • Ensuring effective professional learning for virtual teachers and mentors.
  • Drawing on trends and evidence in virtual and blended learning, personalised and outcomes based learning, digital content and relevant knowledge bases.
  • Working collaborative with content providers and CEWA school leaders.
  • Integrate leadership, pedagogy and learning environments to create and lead an equitable and appropriate learning experience and evaluate the effectiveness of the program.

Your background

  • Graduate Degree in Education Leadership, eLearning or related field.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in school leadership, education program, design, online learning, online teaching, online course development and related standards.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in needs assessment and instructional design for primary, secondary and adult learners.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome challenges through imaginative problem solving whilst setting new boundaries with creative thinking – both with a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude.
