Dear Michael,

Last fall, Kenai Peninsula College in Alaska participated virtually at our Accelerate conference in Orlando, Florida. We had the chance to speak to them personally about their great experience with the Online Teaching Certificate (OTC) program.

“I was able to expand on my tech tools skills as well as learn a lot about course design and objectives and assessments…all things that would help me assist faculty here at the college.” said Sarah Frick, Lead Instructional Designer, University of Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula College.

“My retention rates increased and my overall student performance increased and I truly think it was the direct result of the OLC Foundations Course (part of the OTC program).”
