TRAVEL OPPORTUNITY? AECT has been contacted about academic travel abroad and we are seeking your input. We’ve been asked to explore interest in spending a week in Cuba focusing on education opportunities and issues. Proposed dates would be January, March, or May of 2018. If this type of member benefit is of interest to you please contact President Brad Hokanson (email@example.com) or Executive Director Phil Harris (firstname.lastname@example.org) to express your interest. (We realize that cost will be a major issue.)
INTERNET RULES IN THE NEWS. Questions about future Internet rules have been popping up in the news recently. AECT published a policy brief on “Net Neutrality” in 2015. Now would be a good time to review it and other AECT policy briefs.
