Adult Learners and the Economy A Luncheon Briefing Hosted by the National Adult Learner Coalition Focused on Economic Trends, Institutional and Student Challenges, Building Blocks, and Policy Opportunities
On behalf of the National Adult Learner Coalition, OLC invites you to attend a special luncheon briefing next Wednesday, March 8, focused on Adult Learners and the Economy.
Expansion of the American economy cannot be fully achieved without successful degree attainment by adults. Through the newly formed National Adult Learner Coalition, four organizations (OLC, CAEL, The Presidents’ Forum and UPCEA) are speaking in a unified voice on behalf of the adult learner and the institutions that serve them. This briefing is the first hosted by the Coalition as we work to advance our mission.
Attend this session in-person or virtually to learn about the importance of the adult learner and how small changes in federal policy can help a majority of today’s students and help build a stronger workforce for tomorrow.
