INTRODUCTION TO COPYRIGHT & FAIR USE, PART 2

OCTOBER 25, 2016
Numerous universities around the country have been sued for everything from illegally posting articles and book chapters to improperly streaming video and digitizing books for the purpose of facilitating research and providing access to patrons with disabilities. In this workshop, with Linda Enghagen as your facilitator, you will learn to recognize the legal implications of copyright infringement and you will develop a working familiarity of best practices in Fair Use.

STRATEGIES FOR EVALUATING ONLINE FACULTY
