Dear Michael,

For the past fifteen years, the Online Learning Consortium has recognized outstanding work in the field of online education through an annual awards process. Each year seven different awards for excellence in online teaching and learning are presented, including:

  • Excellence in Online Teaching
  • John R. Bourne Outstanding Achievement Award in Online Education
  • Bruce N. Chaloux Award for Early Career Excellence
  • A. Frank Mayadas Leadership Award
  • Outstanding Online Program
  • Excellence in Faculty Development for Online Teaching
  • Ralph E. Gomory Award for High Quality, Institution-Wide Online Education

Awards are now open for nominations through August 1st on our award portal. The winners will be recognized at OLC Accelerate (formerly known as the Annual Online Learning Consortium International Conference) held in Orlando,November 16 – 18.
