Report on SCOP 2012 in Dubai

The 2012 ICDE Standing Conference of Presidents meeting held in Dubai in November 2012 was hosted by Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University. The host institution has prepared a full report on this event, which attracted 80 institutional leaders and other executives from 45 countries to discuss policies and developments in open and distance education.
