Save the Date: 2012 Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning
The Institute for Emerging Leadership in Online Learning (IELOL) is a unique blended-learning leadership development program sponsored by Penn State and the Sloan Consortium. IELOL is a four-step leadership development program that includes an on-site immersive experience at Penn State (August 6-9) that enables the IELOL participant to develop specific leadership skills, styles, networks, and strategies for the emerging leader.

Call for Nominations Open for the 2012 Sloan-C awards
The Sloan Consortium has recognized outstanding work in the field of online education through an annual awards process since 2001. The deadline for the submission of nominations for all of the 2012 Sloan-C awards is July 15, 2012.
Sloan-C Conference News Call for Proposals Now Open: 18th Annual Intl Conference on Online Learning – Orlando – October 10
The Sloan Consortium invites you to submit a proposal for presentation and/or workshops for the 18th Annual Sloan-C International Conference on Online Learning to be held October 10-12 at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
The theme of this year’s conference is “At a Crossroads: Online Education in a Complex World.”

Sloan-C has been strategically expanding its conference offerings by creating both synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities for its International Conference on Online Learning, Emerging Technologies for Online Learning Symposium and Blended Learning Conference & Workshop.
