Yesterday during our research committee meeting for iNACOL, Cathy Cavanaugh mentioned this journal out of Mexico – La Revista Mexicana de Bachillerato a Distancia – that is supposedly focused on or one of its foci is K-12 online learning (I say supposedly because I don’t speak Spanish, so I have no way to tell). And while the majority of their articles are in Spanish, there is one article there that appears in both Spanish and English:
Lessons from K-12 Distance Education in the U.S.A., 1986-2008.
Cathy Cavanaugh
Descarga PDFLecciones de la educación a distancia desde preescolar hasta el grado 12 (K-12) en los Estados Unidos, 1986-2008.

Again, the direct link for the journal is:

And the direct link to the English version of Cathy’s article is:

So, check it out (and if you speak Spanish and any of the other articles are related to K-12 online learning, please let me know and I’ll try and highlight them here).
