ICT for learning in Europe
we would like to invite you to take part in the Third Consultation of the VISIR project (available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German). This survey is the third in the row of four consultations that are planned in the frame of VISIR.
VISIR – “Vision, Scenarios, Insights and Recommendations“ is an EU project, the strategic initiative of seven European open-distance and e-learning networks, aiming to develop a shared vision on how ICT may help making lifelong learning a reality. Several such visions have already been elaborated to find out how to improve policies and practices, to consolidate the methods, approaches used in the fast changing environment we are living in. The strength of the present initiative is based on real-life scenarios and insights.
Many great reports, studies, conferences did help to debate, to focus and summarise experience. Now we ask the opinion of the professional community about few major straightforward questions relating the evolution of learning with the innovation challenge- with a bit of simplification: what works ultimately? What drives our innovative efforts? What are the bottlenecks and barriers? What would you do differently?
The VISIR research has already resulted in several thought-provoking findings and ideas. Whilst getting closer to the formulation of key messages for the stakeholders of ICT enhanced learning innovation, we invite YOU to let your voice heard.
Why this consultation?
The use of ICT for learning in Europe is widespread. We largely miss in the meantime a mainstreamed meaningful use of technology in learning, its impact as a driver of change for our economies and societies.
Exchange of practices across sectors and mainstreaming the innovations is not yet a reality. A common bottom-up vision should complement the existing top-down visions present.
The VISIR Stakeholders’ Consultations involve professionals and practitioners, build on their opinion and experience, by targeted and creative questions.
Please, help us to identify and analyse the existing trends on ICT and learning in Europe!
It will take only few minutes of your time. Please visit the survey and share your opinion!
