Call For Participants For SITE Panels

From the inbox this past week…

Hi everyone,

Leanna Archambault and I are the co-chairs of the Virtual Schooling SIG at the Society for Information Technology and Teacher Education (SITE) (http://site.aace.org/conf/) . If you are attending SITE, we are planning to propose two panels. One panel will be exploring the necessary knowledge and skills that teachers need to be successful in the K-12 online and blended learning environment, and the other panel is current research related to K-12 online and blended learning. We’re looking for potential panelists who will be in attendance at the conference. By December 5, please send an abstract (150 – 300 words) for the work that you would present if chosen as a panelist. If chosen, you have the choice to submit a full (maximum 8 pages) or brief (maximum 6 pages) proceedings paper. Please send the abstract to Leanna (leanna.archambault@asu.edu) and Kathryn (kkennedy@inacol.org) by December 5th.

Thanks!

Leanna and Kathryn
