Rob is the Founder and Chief Architect of Can We Communicate, an educational services agency dedicated to teaching, research, writing, and a long-term entrepreneurial initiative aimed at improving leader-follower relations in a wide variety of organizational contexts. During the program, Rob revised courses in leadership and research incorporating valuable design and assessment strategies from the program with the goal of improving student navigation and interaction. Matt Norsworthy is a doctoral student at Benedictine University working on his Ed.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change.  As a part of his doctoral work Matt needed to participate in an internship at an institution or organization in higher education. After extensive research and discussion Matt chose to do his internship at The Sloan Consortium. Matt plans to use what he has learned through his internship in his research to show how various online tools and delivery methods can be used to expand the learning process in online English and humanities courses.
