Good day Ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the K12 Guidance call for Fiscal year 2013. My name is Ann and I will be your coordinator for today’s call. As a reminder this conference is being recorded for replay purposes. (Operator Instructions)

I would now like to turn the presentation over to your host for today’s call Christy Parker, Vice President of Investor Relations, please proceed.

Christina Parker - VP, Investor Relations

Before we begin, the company would like to remind you that statements made during this conference call that are not historical facts may be considered forward-looking statements, made pursuant to the Safe Harbor Provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.

Forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual events or results to differ materially from those expressed or implied. In addition, this conference call contains time-sensitive information that reflects management’s best analysis only as of the date of this live call.

K12 does not undertake any obligation to publicly update or revise any forward-looking statements. For further information concerning issues that could materially affect financial performance related to forward-looking statements, please refer to K12′s Form 10-K and 10-Q filings with the SEC. I’ve often said that the investor information is some of the best information we have about this company (as the SEC requires them to disclose more than most DOEs).
