Attendees of the conference must book their hotel room at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort through the conference website no later than Friday, September 7 in order to receive discounted rates starting at $177.00 per night plus taxes. The special conference rates also apply for three days prior to and three days after the conclusion of the conference, so come early or stay late to enjoy a little Disney magic. Important: If you plan to arrive the weekend prior to the conference or stay the weekend after, make your hotel reservation NOW! The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is expected to be sold out during those weekends due to the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival. A selection of over 65 sessions will be broadcast live, including the keynote and plenary sessions, featured sessions, best-in-track sessions, a representation of information sessions from each conference track, plus vendor showcase sessions on the latest technologies and services offered for online learning.
