Digital Bridges: Connections for K-12 Teaching & Learning Over Distance

I’m not sure how I came across this over the weekend, but I stumbled upon:

Digital Bridges: Connections for K-12 Teaching & Learning Over Distancehttp://www.netc.org/digitalbridges/

It is described as:

a project of the Northwest Educational Technology Consortium (NETC), is a set of resources to assist K-12 teachers and administrators in designing, implementing, and supporting instructional and other projects using the Internet and videoconferencing technologies. Projects for improving the instruction of students, and for improving the interaction between school personnel and others involved in the care and growth of children are presented as models of promising practice in both online education and interactive videoconferencing.

Obviously it caught my attention and I wanted to share it with everyone.  I suspect my North American audience will be more interested in the “online education” resources, while my Kiwi audience may also be quite interested in the “interactive videoconferencing” items too.
