The elective course, offered in partnership with Mawi Learning, encourages students to explore their strengths and teaches learners how to take action, manage their time, and chart their goals. Instructors use proven leadership techniques to teach students about resolving conflict, working with others of diverse backgrounds, and finding solutions to problems.Mawi Learning is a leadership training organization that has worked with more than one million students and 1,000 schools.
