In order to receive the early bird conference rate, the online registration must be completed by September 19 and if paying by purchase order of check payments must be received by Friday, October 21, 2011. If payment has not been received by that date, early bird registration rates will not be honored and a revised invoice will be emailed.

Also after completing your online registration, don’t forget to reserve your room for the discounted room rates at the Indianapolis J.W. Marriott or one of the other Marriott conference hotels. Hotel reservations must be made by October 12 to receive special conference rates.

    • Yeah, I just got the apology message, so that’ll appear as an entry in a few minutes. Since I set this to post when I was catching up on this early this morning.

      And yes, you did miss me there. I was in Newfoundland attending Remembrance Day ceremonies with my WWII veteran grandfather.
