Announcing The Call for Nominations for the 2012 QM Awards
The Quality Matters awards committee has issued a call for nominations for the 2012 QM “Making a Difference for Students” awards. The committee invites both institutions and individuals to submit a proposal for recognition by Friday, August 3, 2012. Learn more and submit nominations online.The Preliminary Conference Program and Schedule Is Now Posted. Thanks to those who submitted proposals.

October 3rd is a day of pre-conference workshops. Conference general sessions begin October 4th and conclude on the 6th.The conference program will offer a full array of presentations that reflect the theme of this year’s conference, “Where Design and Content Converge,” with special contributions from MERLOT. * Full Day – $200
* Half Day – $125
* 2 Half-Day workshops – $100 Each (unless noted otherwise) The $50 discount is for an AM and a PM workshop.

The Quality Matters Rubric is centered on relevant research and was developed initially based on a review of the literature, the expertise of experienced practitioners, and existing standard sets. Beyond and including these endeavors, there are many ways for QM subscribers to participate in Quality Matters Research.
