Welcome to the second edition of “Meandering Out Loud“. This month I chat about cyber charter schooling in Michigan and include an announcement that may come as a surprise to some.

Again, in listening to the recording I continue to talk fastwhen I meandering I talk fairly fast. There is also still a small issue in parts of the recording. Last month I called it a clicking, but it sounds more list the Audioboo system pauses for a split second and some of my words are cut off (for example, at one point I say “blog” but it comes out as “log”).
