Day sixteen in the 30 Days to Being a Better Blogger series was yesterday and asked us to look at Day 16: Your Greatest Hits. Essentially, we were asked to create some links on our blog that would link to entries that resemble the following descriptions:
- Posts of yours that have received the most comments
- A post where you describe your ‘blog’ mission statement, or why you got into blogging in the first place.
- A blog post that you’re extremely proud of, whether it got comments or not (some of my favorites have gotten zero comments)
- Any posts that you think would be worthwhile for people new to the blogosphere to read
- In a nutshell, your favorites.
Interestingly, my very first entry – Welcome to my Blog on Virtual High Schools – was the one that received the most comments. This entry can also be the one who describes my blog mission, so to speak. In terms of entries that I am particularly proud of or ones that I think it would be worthwhile for new people to read, I’m not sure what to include as there is nothing that I can think of off the top of my head or even after looking through some of the entries (and keeping in mind that this is entry #898 I didn’t get through a lot of them percentage-wise).
So while this is one that I can size up in a serious way, it’s one that I don’t think I’ll be able follow through on.
